Arbitration
Arbitration is considered a special judicial system in which the parties to the dispute choose their judges, i.e. the arbitrators, and entrust them, in accordance with a written agreement, with the task of settling disputes that may arise or have arisen by an act between them regarding their contractual or non-contractual relationships, which may be settled through arbitration in accordance with the requirements of law and justice, and issuing a binding judicial decision for them.
