The meaning of the company in Egyptian law
• The company is a contract under which two or more people are obliged to contribute to a financial project by providing a share of money or work to share the profit or loss that may arise from this project.
I mean, simply, the company is the participation of two or more individuals with money or effort in a particular business or project in order to share its profits or God forbid it will bear its loss. By this definition, the companies were divided into two companies, people and money companies.
